Rodney is a Drone Professional and Technology Entrepreneur with passion to help improve processes and deliver innovative solutions to the market. He leverages Drone Technology to open up a host of new use cases that improve performance and safety while opening new careers to develop and operate Drone Technology. He strives to provide the ease of access to information, laws and services for the Drone hobbyist and expert. Rodney possesses a creative mindset, the spirit of integrity, and good human relation coupled with good communication skills.

Rodney has over 8 years of experience in Land surveying, Mine Surveying Drone Instructor roles and Remotely Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) operations. He is highly skilled in Photogrammetry, Geographic Information Systems, Management, Marketing, Sales and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GHIS) and currently the Managing Director at Dronetec Consults Limited, a fast-growing drone services, training, and sales business in Ghana, West Africa. He is responsible for: 

• Advising, supplying and supporting clients in the deployment of robust, reliable and sustainable drone solutions.
• Training Clients in Survey, Geological, Geotechnical, Engineering and Security Departments of Large-Scale Mining Companies.
